Free and Reduced Breakfast and Lunch Your children may qualify for free or reduced price breakfast and lunch if your household income falls within the Federal Income Guidelines.
Applications are accepted at any time -- not just at the start of the school year.

Ephrata Area School District Family Resource Guide The District has compiled a list of community resources that are available to assist families when times get tough. Please contact the agencies directly to see if you qualify.

2008-2009 Ephrata Area School District Family Resource Guide United Way Resources United Way of Lancaster County offers a variety of publications to assist families -- find a job or support group, locate a summer camp, or find affordable housing. United Way Publications and Resource Guides Pennsylvania Launches "Here to Help" Website Governor Rendell launched the www.HeretoHelp.pa.gov website in December, 2008 as a new online resource that will make it easier for citizens to find the resources they need to help make ends meet during the economic crisis.

CHIP is short for the Children's Health Insurance Program - Pennsylvania's program to provide health insurance to all uninsured children and teens who are not eligible for or enrolled in Medical Assistance. CHIP has expanded to cover all uninsured kids and teens up to age 19 who are not eligible for Medical Assistance. No family makes too much money for CHIP because there is no income limit.
