How low can you go?!

   As part of "Turn Off The TV Week" activities, PTO sponsored an Akron Elementary Family Dance!  Students, parents and even some faculty members came out Friday night, April 23rd, to do The Limbo, The Chicken Dance, The Electric Slide, The Freeze Dance and more!  The gym was transformed into a dance hall complete with balloons and a colored light disco ball.  Even those who didn't want to dance still had fun bopping the balloons around the dance floor!  Everyone enjoyed snacks, juice and plenty of water after all that dancing!

   Other Turn Off The TV Week activities sponsored by the PTO included Family Night at the Rec Center and Family Game Night.  It was a fun week of no TV!
