To ensure we have the correct information about your child in our student information system, we are asking that you review the information provided and add or update information as needed. Correct information will ensure that we can communicate with you in a timely and efficient manner. If these forms are not handed in, it may be added as an obligation for your student until they are received by the office. 


Additionally, All students that desire to drive and park in EHS parking MUST register their car with the office. There is no cost to the student UNLESS the parking tag is lost.

Ephrata High School, the Ephrata Area School District and the War Memorial Association assume no liability for damage incurred while this vehicle or any other vehicle is/are parked or moving through the parking lots and adjacent access areas located on property owned by the Ephrata Area School District or the War Memorial Association of Ephrata, PA. All vehicles entering the school parking lot are subject to search by school authorities or by law enforcement personnel working with them and the person in control of the automobile shall be deemed to consent to such search.  Search may be conducted without warrant for any reasonable purpose.  Search of the vehicle includes all compartments and components thereof.  After start of search, the vehicle may not be removed from the premises during the reasonable duration of the search.   Note: students that drive to school and park on the city streets, their cars are still subject to search under reasonable suspicion doctrine.  A vehicle under the care, custody and control of a student is still subject to search even if it is registered to another individual (parent, relative, etc.).  (US Supreme Court, Michigan State Police v. Sitz (1990) 496 US 444).

Students are to acknowledge that parking in reserved or visitor’s parking spaces may revoke parking privileges.
