Over the last few months, Mrs. Barnabei, Mr. Muhr, and we have had the opportunity to help your child(ren) in the process of preparing for the transition to the Intermediate School.  We recently visited each fourth-grade classroom and then had the students take a tour of EIS.  We also know this is a transition for families who may be new to the district or have not had a child at EIS before.  To help our parents/guardians also make the EIS transition, we would like to invite you to join us for an informational session about 5^th grade.  There will be two sessions on Wednesday, May 31:

• 11:00 – 11:30 AM in the LGI room at the EIS (enter through the Intermediate School office)
• 7:00 – 7:30 PM in the Intermediate/Middle School Auditorium (enter through the Middle School entrance); children are welcome to join

Both sessions will provide information about the school.  If you are not familiar with the Intermediate School, we will have a short, guided tour after the evening session.
