Purchasing/Bid Information

The District solicits competitive bids or requests for proposals (RFP) for those purchases of materials, supplies, construction, reconstruction, repairs and services that are expected to cost $10,000 or more, unless the Pennsylvania Department of Education District has awarded the District a mandate waiver to increase the $10,000 limit.  Current open bids are listed below.  Bid packages can be accessed by clicking on the corresponding links. 

Sealed bids/RFPs must be received per bid instructions, no later than the date specified.  Bids/RFPs that do not meet the requirements stated in the bid package will be rejected.

The District also participated in the Lancaster-Lebanon Intermediate Unit 13 (LLIU13) joint purchasing program. Vendors interested in receiving a bid package from LLIU13 should contact Diane Bates at diane_bates@iu13.org
