Mr. Josh McCracken has been the Principal at Fulton Elementary School since February 2012. He has also served as the assistant principal at the Ephrata Intermediate School and as a first and third grade teacher in the District.

He earned a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Millersville University and has earned both a Master’s Degree in Teaching and Curriculum and Principal Certification from Penn State University.
