Dr. Peter Kishpaugh joined EASD in July 2014 as an Assistant Principal at Ephrata High School. Prior to coming to the District, Dr. Kishpaugh spent six years at Altoona Area High School teaching Physics and coaching football and track. He received his undergraduate degree from The Pennsylvania State University and his Master of Educational Leadership and Principal Certification from Saint Francis University. He received his Doctorate degree from Immaculata University.

Mr. Matthew Schuck was appointed an EMS Assistant Principal in July 2024, previously serving as an EASD Student Engagement Facilitator. Before becoming a Mountaineer, he was an emotional support teacher in the Penn Manor School District. Mr. Schuck earned Bachelor and Master Degrees from Millersville University, including certifications in K-12 Administration, Early Childhood Education, and Special Education. Additionally, he obtained a Social-Emotional Learning Certificate from the University of Pennsylvania.
