The Educational Planning and Course Selection Guide provides information for students and parents to help prepare and plan the student’s secondary school program.  It contains information concerning the educational opportunities offered at Ephrata High School which will enable students to plan programs of studies best suited to their interests, aptitudes, abilities, needs, and educational and career goals. 

Students and parents are responsible for selecting courses that enable students to meet the requirements of future plans.  Teachers and counselors are available to assist the student and parents in the selection process.  Students will meet with school counselors to finalize their course selections.

Students will request courses by way of their PowerSchool Portal online account. Information sheets for each grade can be found below.

8th grade parent Course Selection Night will take place at EHS on Thursday March 7th from 6:30-8:10pm. If you are unable to attend this event, the following are videos from past presentations that go over the general process as well as specifics with each department's 9th grade course offerings. If you have specific questions about next year's courses, please communicate with your child's current teacher in that subject area.
